Kiana Leroux, also known as Your Cool Big Sister, is a New York City-based lifestyle content creator. From the projects of Yonkers, NY, Kiana was the girl who survived shelters, childhood trauma, and being postpartum during a pandemic. In 2020, she decided to turn her story into a platform and create a safe space for those without a voice. Since then, she has built a community of over one million supporters and a notable engagement rate of 5% across platforms. Kiana’s journey allowed her to find her purpose, which is to always be a source of guidance to others and to show up in a way she wishes that someone would have shown up for her. Now, Kiana is using all she has gained throughout this journey to build a shelter for displaced and orphaned youth. Kiana never imagined that her way of changing the world would start with social media, but she wouldn’t change her journey for anything.
