    As the Brand Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in forging strategic collaborations between our roster of influential creators and brands, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.     Responsibilities:

    Strategic Sales & New Business Development
    Identify and cultivate brand partnership opportunities:

    • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and brand objectives to identify potential brand partnership opportunities

    • Proactively reach out to brands and establish meaningful connections, showcasing the agency's roster of talented influencers.

    • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including brand managers, marketing executives, and agency representatives.

    • Collaborate with clients and influencers:

    • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their brand objectives and translating them into effective influencer marketing strategies.

    • Manage the communication and negotiation process between brands and influencers, ensuring seamless collaboration and contractual agreements.
      Drive successful brand campaigns:

    • Develop customized brand partnership proposals that align with both the brand's objectives and the influencer's unique voice and audience.

    • Coordinate and oversee the execution of brand campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets.

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insightful reports to clients and stakeholders, optimizing future partnerships accordingly.

    • Foster long-term partnerships:

    • Nurture relationships with brand partners and influencers to drive repeat collaborations and foster long-term partnerships.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving influencer marketing strategies to provide innovative partnership opportunities for brands.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • Proven experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or a related role within the digital marketing industry.

    • Solid background in sales and New business Development

    As a Talent Assistant you will support the Talent Management team in coordinating influencer campaigns, managing client communications, and ensuring seamless execution of brand partnerships.This position is ideal for individuals who have at least 2-3 years experience working in an agency support role and they are passionate about the influencer marketing industry and eager to contribute to a growing and dynamic team.

    • Provide administrative support to the Talent Management and Campaign Management team and their respective rosters

    • Collect and Update influencer analytics on a regularly basis

    Job Description

    Kensington Grey Agency Inc is hiring an experienced Sr. Talent Manager to join our expanding Influencer Management Agency. As a Sr. Talent Manager you will drive revenue from Kensington Grey's top spending brand partners and new revenue from business development to your roster of diverse social media influencers.

    You are passionate about sales with brand and agency contacts and have a strong knowledge of the Influencer Marketing landscape. US social media agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.

    Ideally, you are a self-driven creative thinker, who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and get the job done in a fast-paced, high growth environment. You're creative, open-minded, persistent and highly collaborative – all vital attributes in order to interact successfully with internal and external clients.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Build awareness of Kensington Grey’s Influencer roster and agency capabilities through client presentations.

    • This role combines new business development and sales skills with ongoing relationship management.

    • Negotiation of in-bound sales opportunities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies for long-term revenue growth

    • Building a strong partnership with our Campaign Management division

    • Offer expertise & thought leadership on industry trends and best practices for Influencer Marketing to advertisers across all verticals, which includes key performance metrics, creator content creation, and attribution methodologies across all marketing channels (TV/Digital/Social)

    • Evangelize and build confidence with clients using various customer and media insights to better define media execution and buying strategy

    Experience / Background

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

    • 5 years of relevant experience in managing relationships with advertisers and agencies

    • Proven track record of developing talent from micro to macro creators 

    • Proven track record of working with celebrity and or high profile talent

    • Proven track record of helping creators expand into other areas and markets like television and acting, product development, hosting, speaking engagements or podcasts.

    • Proven track record of securing long term and premium brand deals ($100K+)

    • Experience mentoring up and coming Talent Managers and Support Staff

    • Strong existing relationships with brand and agency stakeholders is a preference

    • Past Influencer Marketing sales experience is ideal, but we’ll consider candidates with other digital sales experience and business

    • Understanding of industry trends with regards to Influencer Marketing

    • Experience operating within and across cross-functional teams (project management, implementation, legal, finance, talent, etc.)

    • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects/agreements at once, in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

    Team Leadership & Management

    Talent Strategy & Growth

    • Partner with internal teams (Brand Partnerships, Campaign Management, PR) to ensure creators are aligned with best-fit opportunities.

    Creator Roster Development

    • Help assess and prioritize incoming talent leads to ensure a balanced, profitable, and high-potential agency roster.

    • Track industry trends and platform shifts to stay ahead of the curve in identifying emerging talent.

    Operational Excellence

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or entertainment.

    • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

     Key Responsibilities 

    Leadership & Organizational Strategy 

    • Lead the talent management division, overseeing multiple Talent Directors and their respective teams. 

    • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall agency strategy and decision-making. 

    •Design and implement scalable systems, performance benchmarks, and SOPs that ensure talent excellence across all categories. 

    •Partner with HR and Executive Leadership on talent department structure, headcount planning, and succession planning. 

    Performance Management & Growth

    •Lead strategy around creator signing priorities, talent mix, and roster optimization. 

    Cross-Functional Collaboration 

    •Partner with the Brand Partnerships, Campaign Management, Legal, PR, and Finance teams to deliver seamless results for talent. 

    •Collaborate closely with the VP of Brand Partnerships & Communications to align on marketable talent and industry demands.
